The Best of 2003
2003 was an abbreviated year for The 411 Online, with many changes and a move from Miami to Chicago. Our picks for "The Best of 2003" are no different. It was a year dominated by the emergence of 50 Cent and the endurance of Jay-Z. The latter says that his career ended with his latest. And if The Black Album truly is the last offering we get from Jay-Z, then he went out on top, at least in our eyes.
