House of Blunt: Is it just me, or is DMX getting dumber?
DMX turns down plea deal
DMX turned down a plea bargain in court Monday in a case that stems from a traffic arrest in White Plains, N.Y. "I don't feel good about this at all," DMX told reporters after his court appearance. "It's not fair -- $25,000 for traffic tickets? Come on. Let's keep it real." City Judge Barbara Leak issued an arrest warrant last month for DMX when he failed to appear in court to answer the charges. X spent a night in Westchester County jail but was released after posting $25,000 bail. The case, which was adjourned until Aug. 25, stems from when police arrested DMX in White Plains on June 2 and charged him with driving without a license, making unsafe lane changes, speeding and not wearing a seat belt.
