Russell Simmons, wife to divorce
 Russell Simmons and his wife, model and Baby Phat entrepreneur Kimora Lee, announced their plans to divorce after seven years of marriage. "Kimora and I will remain committed parents and caring friends with great love and admiration for each other," Simmons said in a statement. "We will also continue to work side by side on a daily basis as partners in all of our businesses." Simmons is best known as the co-founder of Def Jam Records, but has been involved in numerous other projects since departing the label. Kimora Lee Simmons has raised her profile with a VH1 reality show and the successful Baby Phat clothing line, a spinoff of her husband's Phat Farm line.
