Three 6 Mafia set for history Three 6 Mafia will become the first hip-hop act to perform at the Academy Awards on Sunday. The group also broke ground by being nominated for Best Song in a Film. "It's Hard Out Here For A Pimp," which was performed by Best Actor nominee Terrence Howard in "Hustle & Flow," was written by Three 6's Juicy J, Crunchy Blac and DJ Paul, and they will be the ones to showcase their song at the Oscars. “Right now I think I’m dreaming," Juicy J said. "And it’s going to be a clean show, you know. No one’s got anything to worry about. It’s a blessing, man. We’ve been getting a lot of congratulations from our hometown." Eminem won Best Song in 2002, and many critics are picking Three 6 to do the same. The Oscars air Sunday at 8 p.m. ET on ABC. Latest news...
