Outkast's album delayed again
Outkast's next album, Idlewild, has been pushed back once again. The trailer for the duo's new movie of the same name says that the soundtrack will be available Feb. 14, but if you searched stores today you know it's nowhere to be found. Originally slated for December, Idlewild now is tentatively due in April. The movie, which stars Andre 3000 and Big Boi, takes place at a 1930s speakeasy, but the music will be current. "It's hip-hop. It's Outkast. It is what we've been doing for years," Big Boi told Billboard. "Some songs have a little more piano or whatever, but the whole project was a natural progression from a double CD. It was like, where do we go from here?" Latest news...
